The location was convenient, just a 20-minute walk to the city center, and offered discounts for massages. The service was exceptional, with staff providing outstanding food recommendations and being very friendly, although they only spoke Spanish. The dining experience could be improved with clearer options. The facilities were satisfactory, completing a decent value for the price paid.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable with a lovely little plunge pool, plus I had my own garden. The service was top-notch, especially the housekeeping staff who were so friendly and accommodating. The location was just on the edge of Merida city center, making it a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The dining experience, although basic, was still enjoyable with delicious options. Overall, a great value for a relaxing stay.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, especially the beds. However, I felt a bit tired and the room didn't have a seating area like some others. The hotel's lovely garden was a nice touch, and the overall space was massive.
